Integrated Biz Exchange (IBX)
Using IBT’s online Unity solution, IBX provides a Multiple Listing Service for the business brokerage community. It is also a FSBO subscription based platform and it’s large database of sellers, attracts buyers that take advantage of the matching features of the system. IBX is also a OneList Destination hosting platform that provides a listing service for about 3500 Brokers with about 7800 listings. This large quantity of sellers attracts serious buyers to IBX and the other Unity subscribers.
