They are authorized to carry Priefert, Powder River and Tarter Gate brand equipment, Ranch Way, Nutrena, Arizona Feed and Economy Mills feed products, tack and animal care products, fencing and associated materials. The store is known for fair prices, brand names and the highest quality products available. Name recognition is very important to this business and they have had to use very little formal advertising. Animal feed and ranch equipment each make up 35% of total revenues. Fencing generates 25% total and the remaining 5% is brought in by tack and pet supplies. This is a “hands on” business so some knowledge of the industry and the products is key to future success.
